· Offer valid only on purchases made on qorpak.com between now and 12/31/11.
· Purchase must be on a single order totaling $300.00 or more on any products available on qorpak.com (freight and sales tax not included)
· Offer limited to new customers only. New customers are defined as companies with no prior purchases with Qorpak or Qorpak.com as of 10/17/11.
· Limit one gift card per new registered user on qorpak.com
